Description
The German DSC is in the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency). The responsible office is the Koordinierungsstelle für digitale Dienste (DSC) in der Bundesnetzagentur (Digital Services Coordinator in the Federal Network Agency). Besides the DSC, other national agencies share responsibilities in DSA enforcement:
Federal Agency for Child and Youth Protection in the Media (Bundeszentrale für Kinder- und Jugendmedienschutz, BzKJ), Art. 14(3) and Art. 28(1) DSA, except if falling under the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Human Dignity and Minors in Broadcasting and Telemedia (Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrag, JMStV)
State media authorities (Landesmedienanstalten), in so far as responsibilities fall under the Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Human Dignity and Minors in Broadcasting and Telemedia
